About Us

By way of introduction, we are an English / Canadian couple living in London.

We met while living in the sunny Cayman Islands, and have also lived in Toronto, Canada before moving to London.

We purchased Paillas after a visit to this area of France. We were immediately enamoured with the stunning scenery, beautiful countryside, amazing gastromic delights, and of course the wine! We were immediately attracted to Paillas, not only because of the traditional Quercy stone farmhouse that can viewed in the photos, but also the privacy and freedom of the extensive grounds.
