Please note that the prices quoted above are on a weekly basis. Changeover day is usually on Saturdays, however should you have alternative arrangements, please do contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

General check-in and departures times at 16:30 for arrivals, and 09:30 for departures.

A deposit of 20% will be required, and the full rent will be required at 8 weeks before the arrival date.

In addition a damage deposit of EUR 300 or £250, by way of cheque, will be required upon your reservation being made to cover any damage made to the property or grounds, or to cover additional cleaning costs if the house is not left as it was found. The deposit will be returned in full to you within 14 days of your departure.

A professional property management agency based locally provides full key handling services, maintenance, laundry and change-over management.

A welcome bottle of Cahors Malbec will be left for our guests on their arrival.

Please also note that use of high quality linens, bath towels and pool towels is included in the price for a maximum of 8 persons. The rental cost also includes a professional clean prior to arrival.

Should you require a mid-stay cleaning service or mid-stay linen change, then this can be arranged prior to your arrival and this can be paid locally. Please ask at the time of booking for these details.
